Heat shrinkable sleeve labeling machine

Advantages: single-sided, double-sided, and side labeling can be performed on the bottle body.

Working principle: The separating wheel separates the product and puts it on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product passing by, and sends back a signal to the labeling control system. In the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. When the product flows through the label-applying device, the label-applying belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the attaching action of a label is completed.

Operation process: put the product (placed in the blanking box) -> separate the product and spread it among the conveyor chain rollers -> product delivery -> product inspection -> labeling -> labeling -> collect the labeled products.

Hot melt adhesive labeling machine

Advantages: Adopting advanced gluing technology and vacuum drum combination to ensure high labeling accuracy. Just apply glue on both ends of the label, reducing the amount of glue used and saving costs.
